ZEMSIL DF-200 is a 35% active silicone defoamer specifically engineered for high-pH and high-temperature industrial processes where standard emulsion defoamers break down. The emulsion system is stabilised against alkaline hydrolysis, maintaining defoaming activity up to pH 12 and process temperatures of 150°C. It is the recommended choice for alkaline cleaning formulations, cement production, and other demanding chemical processes.
