ZEMSIL SE-PH-40 is a 40% active phenyl silicone emulsion offering significantly elevated thermal stability compared to standard dimethyl silicone emulsions. The phenyl groups in the polymer backbone raise the upper service temperature to approximately 250°C and improve lubricity under severe conditions, making the product ideal as a high-temperature mold release agent and surface protectant. It is also valued in optical and specialty coating applications where a higher refractive index is advantageous.
