ZEMSIL CS-171 (vinyltrimethoxysilane) is a reactive vinyl silane with faster hydrolysis rate than CS-151 (VTEO), making it preferred for high-speed XLPE cable extrusion lines where rapid silane grafting is required. Equivalent to KH-171 and A-171. The methoxy groups hydrolyze faster than ethoxy counterparts, enabling higher line speeds. Caution: very low flash point 13°C.
