ZEMSIL SB-LSR is a two-part, addition-cure liquid silicone rubber designed for liquid injection molding (LIM). Mixed at a 1:1 A:B ratio, it delivers tensile strengths exceeding 8 MPa and elongation above 400% with rapid cure cycles under 30 seconds at 150–180°C. Biocompatible and food-contact grades are available, making it suitable for medical devices, infant products, and food-processing components.
