ZEMSIL SG-TC is a silicone-based thermal interface grease filled with thermally conductive ceramic particles to achieve 1.5–3.0 W/m·K thermal conductivity. It remains non-curing and reworkable throughout its service life from −50 to +200°C, enabling straightforward disassembly and reapplication during maintenance cycles. Low bleed-out characteristics prevent substrate contamination in sensitive electronic assemblies.
