ZEMSIL SE-OH-50 is a 50% active hydroxy-terminated silicone (107 type) emulsion providing durable waterproofing across building materials, fabrics, and leather. Upon application and drying, the terminal silanol groups condense with substrate hydroxyl groups or cross-link with each other, forming a resilient, breathable hydrophobic film. It is free of volatile organic compounds when applied as an aqueous emulsion, making it environmentally suitable for exterior building treatment.
