ZEMSIL DF-F is a food-grade silicone compound antifoam certified to FDA 21 CFR 173.340. Combines silicone oil, hydrophobic silica, and emulsifiers into a water-based emulsion for use in fermentation, sugar refining, food processing, and pharmaceutical manufacturing. Effective at extremely low concentrations (10–100 ppm).
